Job Summary
STAGE - Photographer Assistant for Prose on Pixels Italia (Havas Milan). The selected intern will work closely with Digital, Social and Advertising departments to produce photographic and multimedia content for social and digital channels, including studio shoots and live events, with real-time video and motion graphics; responsible for ideation, production, and post-production of photographic and audiovisual materials, including short animations and AI-assisted optimization. Proficiency with professional camera gear, lighting, lenses, photo editing (Photoshop, Lightroom), video editing (Premiere, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve), motion graphics, and AI image/video tools (Higgsfield, Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, Runway, etc.). Collaborative and autonomous work style preferred; full-time internship in Milan for 6 months with possible renewal; stipend and meal vouchers offered.
Required Qualifications
- Conoscenza approfondita dell’attrezzatura fotografica: fotocamera, luci, obiettivi
- Capacità di ideare, scattare e gestire la produzione di materiali fotografici sia in studio che durante eventi live
- Abilità nell’editing fotografico, inclusa la realizzazione di contenuti in tempo reale per pubblicazione tempestiva sui canali digitali
- Competenze in post-produzione: fotoritocco, color grading, sound design e ottimizzazione dei materiali con software come Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve e Illustrator
- Esperienza nella creazione di animazioni brevi e motion graphics per arricchire i contenuti social
- Conoscenza e utilizzo avanzato dei principali tool di intelligenza artificiale dedicati alla generazione e ottimizzazione di immagini e video: Higgsfield, Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, Google Veo, Runway
- Versatilità e curiosità nell’adottare nuove tecnologie per migliorare i processi di post-produzione
- Capacità di lavorare sia in autonomia che in team, gestendo con precisione e rapidità tutte le fasi del workflow produttivo
