Stage MGV

Mechanical Engineering internship focused on standardizing and optimizing the MGV motor manufacturing process. You will observe and analyze production steps, collect information to draft standardized work instructions (photos, videos, measurements), translate processes into instruction sheets, validate documents with production and support teams, identify opportunities to improve workstation layouts, tooling, and organization, and contribute to continuous improvement by proposing solutions to enhance quality, safety, and operational efficiency. Start date from September 2026; duration 3 to 6 months. Ideal candidates are pursuing a DUT/BUT or equivalent in Mechanical Engineering with strong analytical, organizational, and collaborative skills; prior exposure to industrial processes or continuous improvement is an asset.
