Job Summary
Coordinate evening event details with production crew and in-house departments while securing passes, preparing guest lists, and managing band and crew schedules. Supervise load-in and load-out of band and rental equipment, ensuring all performers have necessary items. Document disciplinary issues and report actions to the Production Manager, enforcing policies on staging, safety, and show protocols. Requires three years of tour and stage production experience, proficiency in stage lighting and pro audio systems, and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously. Must possess strong interpersonal communication skills and be able to lift up to 75 lbs in a moderately loud environment.
Required Qualifications
- 3 years minimum Tour and Stage Production experience
- Experience in stage lighting, pro audio systems and basic video systems
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to make clear concise decisions, sometimes with limited information
- Computer literate in Windows applications
- Must possess superior interpersonal communication and organizational skills
- Must be able to lift up to 75lbs
