Job Summary
Oversee product, range, and brand development for the Own Brand Stage & Lighting category by driving strategy through market research, competitor analysis, and customer insight. Manage multiple product development projects from concept to launch while identifying, evaluating, and developing relationships with global manufacturing partners to ensure quality and competitive pricing. Conduct thorough testing and evaluation of product samples to verify performance and reliability, collaborating with the Compliance team to meet safety and regulatory standards. Partner with internal design, commercial, and marketing teams to deliver successful product launches and effective merchandising strategies. Act as the internal subject matter expert for the category, providing technical guidance, delivering product training, and assisting with troubleshooting.
