Job Summary
Assist the Legal Director in managing strategic contract requests across purchasing, marketing, and project management. Participate in drafting and organizing signatures for service, distribution, and copyright agreements with private suppliers and partners. Support contractual reporting, database maintenance for Purchasing, and the updating of standard contract templates to reflect legislative and jurisprudential changes. Conduct occasional legal research. This role is based in France for a European mall leader, reporting to the Legal Director.
Required Qualifications
- Actuellement étudiant en bac +4/+5 ou dans le cadre de la formation d'avocat
- spécialisé en Droit des contrats
- spécialisé en Droit des affaires
- Maîtrise du Pack Microsoft Office
- Bon niveau d'anglais
