Job Summary
Nestlé Waters Italy (Assago HQ) offers a full-time internship (6 months) in Stage International Supply Chain - Logistics & Customs. The role supports international supply chain activities to ensure smooth export flow from warehouses and factories to partner/affiliate warehouses, assisting with customs operations, documentation, KPI structure, and reporting. You will perform daily customs operations, review documentation processes, gather data from worldwide partners, maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, and assist planning and execution of ocean and road transportation activities. Successful candidates show curiosity about process dynamics in a complex supply chain, are proficient with Excel (macros, Power Query) and PowerPoint, have exposure to Power BI, and are familiar with AI tools to boost productivity. Fluency in Italian and English, team orientation, and strong communication are essential. Start date July 2026 in Assago (Italy), with a company laptop, monthly allowance of €900, and access to canteen and gym.
Required Qualifications
- Undergraduates or graduates in Management Engineering, Statistics, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with supply chain processes
- Excel (macros, Power Query)
- Power BI is a plus
- Familiarity with AI tools (Microsoft Copilot, GPT, Gemini, Claude)
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Team-oriented with strong communication
- Fluent in Italian and English
