Job Summary
Nestlé Italiana in Milan (Assago) seeks a Stage International Sales Confectionery intern to support the International Sales Team working on Perugina® and Baci Perugina® brands. Responsibilities include coordinating information and sales materials with distribution partners, supporting local commercial plans monitoring and budget, assisting with forecast/orders analysis, developing a proper Brand support package (digital assets, POS materials), conducting country analyses (market trends, competitor insights, consumer behavior), implementing go-to-market strategies tailored to each country, preparing professional presentations for stakeholders, and collaborating with Marketing, Customer Development, and Supply Chain teams to drive market penetration and growth. Ideal candidates are organized, analytical, fluent in English and Italian, and proficient in Microsoft Office; proficiency in data-driven decision making and cross-cultural collaboration is valued.
Required Qualifications
- Undergraduates or graduates in Economics, Statistics, Engineering, Business Administration or related fields
