Job Summary
Manage quality documentation, contracts, and supplier information for seasonal product collections while tracking production locations and price changes. Collaborate with design, planning, and suppliers to support the full procurement process from preparation to launch for initiatives like Back to School, Sinterklaas, and Christmas gifting. Contribute actively to product information and maintain accurate data through administrative and process-oriented tasks. Requires an HBO degree in business or commerce, availability from September 2026 for 32–35 hours weekly, and strong Dutch and English language skills. Stage compensation is €400 monthly.
Required Qualifications
- HBO-opleiding in de richting van bedrijfskunde, commerciële economie, AMFI of TMO
- Beschikbaarheid vanaf september 2026 voor een meewerkstage van 32 tot 35 uur per week
- Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal in woord en schrift
- Oog voor detail met de neiging dat gegevens kloppen en compleet zijn
- Nauwkeurigheid, overzicht brengen en ondersteunen in administratieve en procesgerichte taken
- Interesse in seizoensproducten, gifting-collecties en alles wat met vieren en creativiteit te maken heeft
