Stage Human Resource Management HBO/WO

Conduct day-to-day Human Resource Management tasks by applying HR theories to practical organizational growth. Manage recruitment, employee relations, and internal processes to support the foundation's mission of increasing public affinity for Dutch art and culture. Collaborate with diverse student groups and cultural institutions to facilitate free study spaces in museums and castles. This role offers the opportunity to contribute directly to the organization's expansion while working within a team dedicated to promoting cultural awareness across the Netherlands.
