Stage HR Generalist

Support 360° HR processes with a focus on KPI HR Management, HR Planning & Reporting, and organizational analysis. Execute data processing and reporting for HR topics while developing and improving tools and methods for managing HR workflows. Collaborate with a designated tutor during a six-month training period to build foundational skills in these areas. The role is based in Curno (BG) within the Global Central Function People & Organization. Candidates must hold a degree in Economic-Statistical or Humanities subjects, possess strong analytical and organizational capabilities, and demonstrate proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel.
