Job Summary
Conduct front-of-office duties by welcoming tenants, members, and visitors, managing phone and email traffic, and preparing meeting rooms. Support administrative and facility tasks while collaborating with hosts to ensure a warm, five-star guest experience across multiple locations. Contribute ideas to improve service and guest experience standards. This part-time or full-time stage role includes a stipend of €90 to €450 gross per month and is available in various clusters including Amsterdam, Utrecht, and Rotterdam. You will work under the guidance of experienced colleagues to develop practical hospitality experience.
Required Qualifications
- Volg je een mbo-opleiding in hospitality, facilitaire dienstverlening, office & management support of een vergelijkbare richting.
- Ben je gastvrij, representatief en servicegericht.
- Communiceer je goed in het Nederlands en Engels.
- Neem je initiatief en pak je verantwoordelijkheid.
- Houd je het hoofd koel en het overzicht, ook op drukke momenten.
