Stage Experience Lead - Full Time

Stage Experience Lead at Sephora in Edmonton, overseeing all sales floor departments (Beauty, Skincare, Fragrance & Haircare or combinations) with responsibility for delivering Sephora’s selling model, outstanding client service, and achievement of store objectives. Responsibilities include guiding the on-stage Cast, responding to client feedback, supporting in-store events, coaching performance and development of direct reports, and partnering with management to drive store performance and client satisfaction. Knowledge of in-store events, client interaction technology, and building teams to train Cast to deliver exceptional client service is required.
