Job Summary
Stage Experience Lead responsible for overseeing all sales floor departments within a Sephora location (Beauty, Skincare, Fragrance & Haircare or combinations) and ensuring the team adheres to Sephora’s selling model while delivering outstanding client service and achieving store objectives. Partners with direct manager to address client feedback and issues, supports training on Client Interactive Technology, assists with in-store events to meet store goals and client needs, and contributes to performance assessments and staff development. Demonstrates entrepreneurial insight into store performance and business opportunities, with 1-3 years’ experience in a similar role and strong communication and team-building abilities. Compensation ranges CAD$20.00 - CAD$23.55/hr plus performance-based bonuses and benefits; AI-assisted recruitment noted.
Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years experience in a similar role at a similar volume store or equivalent internal experience
- excellent verbal/written communications skills
- ability to influence business partners
