Internship in Real Estate Finance within the Banking Team in Paris (July–December 2027, 6 months). The role involves assisting the team with all aspects of transaction files, including legal research, drafting or lifting conditions precedent for financing, drafting security instruments and credit agreements, attending negotiation meetings, and contributing to file completion. The candidate should have solid knowledge of obligations law, security interests, and banking/financial law and be pursuing or hold a postgraduate law degree; English proficiency is imperative. The team works for investors, sponsors, banks and financial institutions on structuring, documentation, and negotiation of complex asset-financing, corporate financing (notably for real estate investment vehicles and property companies), and project financings, including SPVs, funds, REITs, SCPI, and OPCI structures.
