Stage Customer Care Specialist supporting an international, multilingual team responsible for handling customer requests via ticketing system and live chat; respond to simple questions using templates and documentation; identify and escalate complex issues; follow up on customer incidents; contribute to maintaining internal documentation; manage end-to-end deployment of new features for existing customers; fluency in English (other languages welcome); strong problem-solving and analytical skills; experience working in a multicultural environment; ability to multitask under pressure and tight deadlines; customer-centric mindset; autonomous, collaborative, and eager to learn; proficient with IT tools including Excel; knowledge of the e-commerce environment preferred.
