Stage : Cost controller / Econome H/F/X

Internship in cost control and data analysis at Sofitel Brussels Europe. You will process and centralise data related to goods flow, sales/consumption of food and beverages, and cash reports; consolidate data from various departments, identify errors/anomalies, and communicate findings or recommendations to managers. You will perform statistical analyses, verify inventory accuracy, and support loss-prevention analyses across restaurant and banquet activities. The role reports to the head of the financial department; start ASAP for a six-month internship. Requires good MS Office, especially Excel; maintain brand values and service standards. Includes daily meal on workdays and transport reimbursement according to legal provisions; a discovery itinerary including dinner, one night, and breakfast for one or two people.
