Stage Business Transformation H/F

Define strategic orientations and operational roadmaps for clients across banking, insurance, and public sectors. Lead transformation workshops, prioritize business needs, and adapt operational models through agile delivery. Conduct organizational diagnostics, automate processes, and pilot large-scale digital programs including ERP and CRM deployments. Manage complex PMOs, coordinate multiple stakeholders, and oversee change management while integrating regulatory and sustainability goals. Contribute to internal development by developing service offerings, writing proposals, and publishing industry insights.
