Job Summary
Join CHANEL as an Assistant(e) in Marketing Clients at one of our Paris boutiques. In this 6-month internship starting July 2026, you will optimize results through client retention efforts, analytics, and event coordination. Responsibilities include following up on the CRM program, preparing clienteling workshops, managing client databases, analyzing customer feedback, supporting event organization, and more. Ideal candidates are business students with prior Retail or Marketing experience, strong analytical abilities, and excellent interpersonal skills.
Required Qualifications
- Student in a business school or university
- First experience in Retail or Marketing/CRM

- Excellent presentation and communication skills
