Job Summary
Manage training programs for retail staff by updating LMS learning paths, acting as the Bloom with VCA reference for e-learning tracking, and organizing logistics and support for boutique sessions. Contribute to training documentation through observation, photography, and reporting while analyzing store needs. Collaborate with the School of Gemological Arts and Heritage Gallery to implement cultural visits and mystery tours, ensuring their analysis and follow-up. Support new hires during induction days by updating the PRELUDE induction book and designing immersive learning experiences around the Maison's history and craftsmanship.
Required Qualifications
- Student status at a Business School or University at Bac+4/Bac+5 level
- Sensitivity to the luxury, art, jewelry, and transmission universe
- Curiosity
