Draft campaign briefs, create reference books, and establish planograms while ensuring business strategy, brand image, and RSE goals align with regional market needs. Manage project governance through steering committees, prepare strategic presentations, and conduct competitive analysis to inform go-to-market execution. Facilitate monthly calls with market teams to oversee in-store deployment and adapt local elements. Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Marketing, Art Direction, and Supply to execute activations in boutiques, department stores, and travel retail.
