Job Summary
Manage the operational tracking and update of the 2026 & 2027 Marketing calendar, while handling ad hoc regional requests for early launches and local activation adjustments. Support regional teams across US, UK, Europe, and Asia in deploying the international marketing plan as the key point of contact for all related subjects. Review and challenge commercial campaign presentations and launchbooks to ensure forecast reliability, and coordinate with International Marketing to consolidate assets for retailer presentations. Conduct business performance analyses (sell-in, sell-out) and qualitative competitive studies, while tracking the Perfume catalog in and out. Develop guidelines and protocols for boutique events and contribute to cross-category projects like sampling and gifting strategy. This six-month summer internship in January 2027 is based in Neuilly sur Seine and reports directly to the Head of Group Parfums & KEM.
Required Qualifications
- De formation supérieure Bac+4/5 (école de commerce, université ou équivalent)
- Vous disposez idéalement d'une première expérience en marketing développement, marketing opérationnel ou business development
- Vous êtes passionné(e) par l'univers des parfums, de la beauté et du luxe
- Vous faites preuve d'un fort esprit analytique
- Vous maîtrisez les outils informatiques, notamment PowerPoint et Excel
- Organisé(e), rigoureux(se) et autonome
- Vous savez gérer les priorités dans un environnement dynamique et collaboratif
- Vous êtes force de proposition, agile, et capable de vous adapter rapidement à des interlocuteurs et projets variés
- Vous possédez un excellent niveau de français et d'anglais, à l'oral comme à l'écrit
