Job Summary
Develop operational excellence systems by building reference frameworks, training modules, and management tools for Cartier's watch and jewelry manufacturing sites. Deploy operational management systems and problem-solving methodologies while organizing Lean Management projects such as 5S, SMED, and VSM. Lead flow optimization activities to reduce waste and strengthen synergies across Swiss, French, and Italian facilities. Requires an engineering background in supply chain or industrial engineering, with strong data analysis skills and proficiency in English or Italian.
