Staffing Supervisor

Job Summary
Manage daily staffing operations at client manufacturing or supply chain sites by coordinating headcount, shift coverage, and attendance tracking. Serve as the primary liaison between client leadership, associates, and internal teams to resolve issues, conduct floor walks, and ensure safety compliance. Oversee transportation logistics and housing inspections where applicable, while monitoring associate performance and retention. Maintain accurate records in applicant tracking systems and support payroll processes. Bilingual Spanish/English skills are essential for communicating with diverse workforces. This role requires on-site presence in industrial environments with flexible schedule availability, including weekends and shift changes.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Bilingual in Spanish and English
- Must be able to speak, read, and write clearly in both languages
- Ability to walk the floor regularly
- Ability to work in a warehouse, distribution, or manufacturing environment
