Job Summary
Supervise and oversee the daily workflow of three staffing team members, including assisting with interviewing, hiring, and training internal staff. Conduct performance evaluations, handle discipline and termination in accordance with company policy, and audit service team activities to ensure optimum client service levels. Perform duties of a Staffing Specialist, including recruiting, interviewing, and placing temporary staff at client locations while maintaining appropriate staffing coverage across the Jackson and Spirit Lake territories. Review drug and background invoices for accuracy, monitor temporary employee legal issues, and minimize workers' compensation exposure by participating in safety committees and conducting accident investigations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience
- 2+ years of supervisory or managerial experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Outlook and Excel
