Job Summary
Conduct daily workflow supervision for four staffing team members, overseeing recruiting, interviewing, and placement of temporary staff at client locations. Manage performance evaluations, handle discipline and termination in accordance with policy, and audit service team activities to ensure optimum client service levels. Maintain appropriate staffing coverage across the territory, including on-site offices, and assume On-Site Manager responsibilities during absences. Review drug and background invoices for accuracy, monitor temporary employee legal issues, and minimize workers' compensation exposure through safety committee participation and accident investigations. Review unemployment claims and ensure job offers are recorded and reported to the state. Travel to client sites within a 30-mile radius of Mankato, MN and occasionally to Marshall, MN, working Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience
- 2+ years of supervisory or managerial experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Outlook and Excel
