Job Summary
Interview and onboard candidates, select them for appropriate roles based on qualifications and desire, and perform reference and background checks. Manage high-volume accounts while fulfilling client orders and problem-solving. Spend significant time on the phone building relationships with clients and candidates, including having difficult conversations and delivering tough news with kindness and empathy. This Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm schedule supports a stable work environment within a team focused on creating success stories for talent, clients, and communities.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of supervisory (lead) experience in a customer service or sales setting
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- MS Office proficiency
- Reliable transportation to visit client sites on a regular basis

- Previous experience in a team lead or similar role
