Job Summary
Staffing Specialist who interviews and onboard candidates, selects candidates for the right jobs based on qualifications and desire, and performs reference and background checks. The role involves managing high-volume accounts, fulfilling client orders, and solving problems, with a strong emphasis on phone-based relationship-building with clients and candidates. Requires supervisory experience, excellent written and verbal communication, MS Office proficiency, and reliable transportation to visit client sites. Required Qualifications
