Job Summary
Support Territory Manager by recruiting applicants, assisting applicants through the employment process, matching applicants with open positions, entering inbound orders, setting appointments, meeting with customers, generating sales, and processing payroll for temporary workers. Maintain strong customer relationships, navigate ATS/JobStack, promote safety and compliance, and perform additional responsibilities as required.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Associate degree preferred
- Customer service and/or sales experience
- Possess effective people skills with the ability to relate to management and employees
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to meet deadlines under pressure and multi-task effectively
- Basic knowledge in using Microsoft Office
- Must have access to reliable transportation
