Job Summary
Staffing Specialist needed to support Territory Manager by recruiting applicants, guiding them through employment processes, matching candidates to customer openings, processing payroll for temporary workers, and maintaining strong customer relationships. Responsibilities include recruiting, applicant screening and matching, payroll processing, use of ATS (JobStack), ensuring safety/compliance, appointment setting, and providing additional operational support in a fast-paced branch environment.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required, associate degree preferred
- Customer service and/or sales experience
- Possess effective people skills with the ability to relate to management and employees
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to meet deadlines under pressure and multi-task effectively
- Basic knowledge in using Microsoft Office
- Must have access to reliable transportation
