Job Summary
Staffing Specialist supports the Territory Manager by recruiting applicants, guiding applicants through the employment process, matching applicants with open positions, entering inbound orders from customers into the system, and processing payroll for temporary workers. The role involves proactive applicant recruitment, maintaining customer relationships, scheduling/setting appointments, and promoting safety and compliance. Requires strong customer service and sales skills, effective communication, and proficiency with Microsoft Office; responsibilities span applicant tracking, payroll processing, and operational support to ensure open positions are filled and customers are serviced effectively.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Customer service and/or sales experience
- Possess effective people skills with the ability to relate to management and employees
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to meet deadlines under pressure and multi-task effectively
- Basic knowledge in using Microsoft Office
- Must have access to reliable transportation
