Job Summary
Staffing Specialist supports the Territory Manager by assisting with recruiting, processing applicants through the employment process, matching applicants with open positions, and ensuring customer open roles are filled. Responsibilities include providing exceptional customer service, navigating the ATS and JobStack, entering inbound orders, proactively recruiting applicants, processing payroll for temporary workers, promoting safety and compliance, setting appointments, meeting with customers, and generating sales. Key skills: recruitment, applicant matching, payroll processing, customer service, sales, strong communication, multitasking, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. This role requires reliable transportation and a branch-office environment with frequent customer interaction; salary is hourly and influenced by experience and geographic location.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Customer service and/or sales experience
- Possess effective people skills with the ability to relate to management and employees
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to meet deadlines under pressure and multi-task effectively
- Basic knowledge in using Microsoft Office
- Must have access to reliable transportation
