Job Summary
Conduct daily operations by recruiting new applicants, matching them with customer open positions, and entering inbound orders into the system. Process payroll for temporary workers and set appointments while maintaining strong relationships with customers and associates. Navigate multiple operating systems, including the Applicant Tracking System and JobStack, ensuring safety and compliance are top priorities. Meet with new and existing customers to generate sales and support the Territory Manager. This role requires reliable transportation and the ability to stand, walk, and handle up to 50 pounds in a branch environment with frequent customer interaction.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Customer service and/or sales experience
- Effective people skills with the ability to relate to management and employees
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to meet deadlines under pressure and multi-task effectively
- Basic knowledge in using Microsoft Office
- Access to reliable transportation
- Ability to regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds
- Ability to frequently lift and/or move 25 pounds
- Ability to occasionally lift and/or move 50 pounds
