Job Summary
Staffing Specialist to support the Territory Manager by assisting with daily operations, recruiting new applicants, guiding applicants through the employment process, matching candidates with open positions, processing payroll for temporary workers, maintaining customer relationships, entering orders in the ATS/JobStack, scheduling meetings, promoting safety/compliance, and contributing to achieving filling open roles while handling related admin tasks. Strong emphasis on customer service, communication, multitasking, and proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with ATS systems and staffing apps is a plus. Located in Tallahassee, FL with on-site (in-person) duties in a branch environment and a benefits package including holidays, paid time off, healthcare options, 401(k), and employee stock purchase program.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- associate degree preferred
- Customer service and/or sales experience
- Effective people skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to meet deadlines and multi-task
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Reliable transportation
