Job Summary
Staffing Specialist to support the Territory Manager by recruiting applicants, assisting with the employment process, matching candidates to open positions, entering inbound orders, processing payroll for temporary workers, and maintaining customer relationships. Responsibilities include proactive applicant recruitment, using ATS (including JobStack), ensuring safety/compliance, scheduling and coordinating with customers, and contributing to payroll processing and overall operations. Strong customer service, communication, and multitasking skills are essential, along with reliability to manage multiple systems and tasks in a fast-paced branch setting.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- associate degree preferred
- Customer service and/or sales experience
- Possess effective people skills with the ability to relate to management and employees
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to meet deadlines under pressure and multi-task effectively
- Basic knowledge in using Microsoft Office
- Must have access to reliable transportation
