Job Summary
Support the Territory Manager by recruiting new applicants, matching them to open customer positions, and ensuring roles are filled. Enter inbound orders from existing and new customers into the system while navigating multiple operating systems including JobStack. Provide exceptional customer service by meeting with clients, generating sales, and maintaining strong relationships. Process payroll for temporary workers and promote safety compliance. Perform additional responsibilities as required. This role involves branch work with frequent customer interaction and requires reliable transportation.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Customer service and/or sales experience
- Effective people skills with the ability to relate to management and employees
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to meet deadlines under pressure and multi-task effectively
- Basic knowledge in using Microsoft Office
- Access to reliable transportation
- Ability to regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds
- Ability to frequently lift and/or move 25 pounds
- Ability to occasionally lift and/or move 50 pounds
