Job Summary
Staffing Specialist will support the Territory Manager by assisting with daily operations, including recruiting applicants, guiding applicants through the employment process, matching applicants with customer openings, entering inbound orders into the system, processing payroll for temporary workers, ensuring safety/compliance, and maintaining customer relationships in a fast-paced environment. The role requires proactive applicant recruitment, effective communication, multi-tasking across multiple operating systems including ATS and JobStack, and providing excellent customer service while contributing to sales and operational goals. Experience in customer service or sales, strong interpersonal skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office are preferred; reliable transportation is required.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Customer service and/or sales experience
- Possess effective people skills with the ability to relate to management and employees
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to meet deadlines under pressure and multi-task effectively
- Basic knowledge in using Microsoft Office
- Must have access to reliable transportation
