Job Summary
Conduct daily operations by recruiting new applicants, matching them with customer open positions, and entering inbound orders into the system. Provide exceptional customer service to both clients and associates while navigating multiple operating systems including the ATS and JobStack. Process payroll for temporary workers and set appointments for new and existing customers. Promote a culture of safety by keeping compliance top of mind and perform additional responsibilities as required. This role supports the Territory Manager in ensuring open positions are filled within a fast-paced branch environment.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Customer service and/or sales experience
- Effective people skills with the ability to relate to management and employees
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to meet deadlines under pressure and multi-task effectively
- Basic knowledge in using Microsoft Office
- Access to reliable transportation
- Ability to regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds
- Ability to frequently lift and/or move 25 pounds
- Ability to occasionally lift and/or move 50 pounds
