Staffing Specialist supporting the Territory Manager to recruit applicants, match them with customers' open positions, and assist through the employment process. Responsibilities include recruiting applicants, processing payroll for temporary workers, entering orders into the ATS/JobStack, maintaining customer relationships, scheduling meetings, promoting safety/compliance, and providing exceptional customer service in a branch environment in Richmond, IN.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Customer service and/or sales experience
- Possess effective people skills with the ability to relate to management and employees
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
