Job Summary
Conduct daily operations by recruiting new applicants, matching them with open positions, and entering inbound orders into our system. Provide exceptional customer service to new and existing clients while setting appointments and generating sales. Navigate multiple operating systems including our ATS and JobStack, and process payroll for temporary workers on time. Maintain a culture of safety and compliance at all times. Perform additional responsibilities as required to support the Territory Manager.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must have access to reliable transportation
Desired Qualifications
- Associate degree
- Customer service and/or sales experience
- Possess effective people skills with the ability to relate to management and employees
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to meet deadlines under pressure and multi-task effectively
- Basic knowledge in using Microsoft Office
