Job Summary
Provide exceptional customer service by maintaining strong relationships with customers and associates, entering inbound orders into our system, and setting appointments. Proactively recruit new applicants, match them with open positions, and navigate multiple operating systems including our ATS and JobStack. Process payroll for temporary workers timely while promoting a culture of safety and compliance. Meet with new and existing customers to generate sales and ensure open positions are filled. Perform additional responsibilities as required in a branch work environment with frequent customer interaction.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Customer service and/or sales experience
- Effective people skills with the ability to relate to management and employees
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to meet deadlines under pressure and multi-task effectively
- Basic knowledge in using Microsoft Office
- Access to reliable transportation
- Ability to regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds
- Ability to frequently lift and/or move 25 pounds
- Ability to occasionally lift and/or move 50 pounds
