Job Summary
Staffing Specialist to support the Territory Manager by recruiting applicants, assisting applicants through the employment process, matching applicants with open positions, processing payroll for temporary workers, and maintaining strong customer relationships. The role requires navigating the ATS and JobStack, entering orders, promoting safety and compliance, and handling additional responsibilities as needed. Key skills include customer service and/or sales experience, strong communication and interpersonal abilities, ability to multitask and meet deadlines, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and reliable transportation.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required

- Effective people skills with ability to relate to management and employees
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to meet deadlines under pressure and multi-task effectively
- Basic knowledge in using Microsoft Office
