Job Summary
Support the Territory Manager by recruiting new applicants, matching them with open positions, and ensuring customer roles are filled. Enter inbound orders from existing and new customers into the system, navigate the Applicant Tracking System and JobStack, and process payroll for temporary workers. Provide exceptional customer service to both clients and associates while maintaining safety and compliance standards. Set appointments and generate sales as part of daily operations. Perform additional responsibilities as required. This role offers Medical/Dental/Vision insurance, short-term disability, and up to 10 days of PTO.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Customer service and/or sales experience
- Effective people skills with the ability to relate to management and employees
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to meet deadlines under pressure and multi-task effectively
- Basic knowledge in using Microsoft Office
- Access to reliable transportation
