Job Summary
Conduct daily operations by recruiting new applicants, matching them with customer open positions, and entering inbound orders into the system. Provide exceptional customer service to new and existing clients while setting appointments and generating sales. Navigate multiple operating systems including the ATS and JobStack, and process payroll for temporary workers. Maintain safety and compliance standards throughout the branch environment. This role supports the Territory Manager in filling open positions and developing creative solutions within a fast-paced setting.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Customer service and/or sales experience
- Effective people skills with the ability to relate to management and employees
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to meet deadlines under pressure and multi-task effectively
- Basic knowledge in using Microsoft Office
- Access to reliable transportation
- Must regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds
- Must frequently lift and/or move 25 pounds
- Must occasionally lift and/or move 50 pounds
