Job Summary
Deliver exceptional customer service to clients and temporary employees while recruiting, screening, interviewing, and onboarding qualified candidates. Source talent through job boards, databases, and referrals to match skills with client needs, then conduct follow-up calls to ensure satisfaction and successful placements. Generate new business through sales and networking, perform outside sales visits, and support branch operations via administrative tasks. Resolve employee and client concerns professionally, assist with coaching and retention, and contribute to revenue goals. Requires one year of sales or customer service experience, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and local travel. Full-time, permanent role with career growth opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of sales and/or customer service experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Reliable transportation
- Willingness to travel locally to client locations as needed
