Job Summary
Deliver exceptional customer service to clients and temporary employees while recruiting, screening, interviewing, and onboarding qualified candidates. Source talent through job boards, databases, referrals, and platforms to match skills with client staffing needs. Build strong relationships with clients and associates by conducting follow-up calls, performing sales visits, and generating new business opportunities. Support branch operations through administrative tasks, employee coaching, and resolving concerns in a professional manner. Maintain strong partnerships through active networking and outside sales efforts to contribute to revenue goals. Requires one year of sales or customer service experience, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and reliable transportation for local travel.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of sales and/or customer service experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Reliable transportation
- Willingness to travel locally to client locations as needed

- Previous experience in recruiting, staffing, human resources, customer service, or business development
- Leadership or supervisory experience
