Job Summary
Staffing Specialist/Recruiter responsible for sourcing, reaching out to candidates, conducting interviews, placing openings in the ATS, building a strong talent pipeline, collaborating with hiring managers, onboarding, and delivering an exceptional candidate experience in a high-volume environment. Must stay up-to-date on industry trends, manage multiple tasks, and communicate effectively to support fast-paced hiring and weekly pay/benefits.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED
- Must have experience with very high-volume recruiting
- Must have a valid Driver’s License and transportation
- Proven experience as a recruiter or in a similar role
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
