Job Summary
Post job orders in CCH applications and coordinate with Account Managers to fulfill client staffing needs for healthcare professionals. Screen candidates, maintain a qualified database, and schedule staff to shifts, orientations, and visits based on skills and availability. Manage last-minute changes, replacements, and call-offs while ensuring all placements meet compliance, licensing, and company requirements. Partner with Compliance and Onboarding teams to address documentation gaps, assist with client orientation training, and monitor performance to support revenue and fulfillment targets. Submit profiles, expedite offers, and conduct regular evaluations to ensure quality and client satisfaction. Achieve assigned performance metrics, participate in daily huddles, and cover on-call duties as required. May visit local clients and professionals occasionally. Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum one year of related experience in healthcare staffing, recruitment or administration
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to engage diverse clients, healthcare professionals, and internal teams
- Proven problem-solving abilities to promptly manage/address staffing challenges, client issues, and operational concerns, including last-minute changes and call-offs
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards, with experience partnering with leadership and compliance teams to ensure timely, compliant placements
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while collaborating effectively across teams
- Education: High School diploma or equivalent
