Job Summary
Staffing Specialist III for Contingent Workforce responsible for full lifecycle recruiting for contingent requisitions, including sourcing passive candidates, coordinating interviews, rate negotiations, managing candidate and hiring-manager expectations, onboarding to offboarding, and vendor/MC management. Engages with hiring managers and vendors to build a quality candidate pool, administers contracts and extensions, and uses Vendor Management System and Applicant Tracking System to track progress and metrics. Proven experience in software/technology services recruiting, strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities, and the ability to operate at a global scale with effective communication. Strong sourcing, relationship-building, and candidate experience focus are essential.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
- 3-5 years of full lifecycle recruiting experience
- sourcing passive candidates
- managing full lifecycle recruiting including interview coordination
- rate negotiation
- managing candidate and hiring manager expectations
- global recruitment experience (preferred)
- experience with LinkedIn Recruiter
- experience with Vendor Management Systems and Applicant Tracking Systems
- startup experience and scalability experience preferred
- strong written and verbal communication skills
- ability to handle confidential information
