Staffing Specialist - Healthcare

Job Summary
Coordinate scheduling and operations for healthcare field staff while managing personnel files, compliance, and client order requests. Handle human resources activities including hiring and onboarding, answer phones, and assist with payroll and accounts payable. Conduct quality assurance of healthcare professionals at contracted facilities and perform other duties as assigned. This role requires a Bachelor's degree, 2 years of sales or customer service experience, and proficiency in MS Office. Based in Everett, WA, this full-time position offers a supportive team environment with a leading national healthcare staffing firm.
