Job Summary
Coordinate daily staffing operations across the hospital to support safe patient care and operational efficiency. Manage staffing adjustments, call-ins, float assignments, and resource allocation while collaborating with nursing leaders and departmental leadership. Serve as the central communication resource for staffing in a 24/7 healthcare environment. Work full-time, dayshift (8 hours/5 shifts weekly) with rotating weekends.
